Highlights: Bhaktapur Durbar Square + Nagarkot Sunset Tour

00.00pm: Arrive at Kathmandu International Airport.

00.00pm: Pick up from airport. Before checking into your hotel, we will visit the Bhaktapur Durbar Square. NOTE: Bhaktapur Durbar Square is a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE.

00.00pm: Arrive in Bhaktapur Durbar Square. You will spend about 1 to 2 hours here.

Description: Bhaktapur Durbar Square is an assortment of pagoda and Shikhara-style temples grouped around a fifty-five-window palace of brick and wood. The square is part of a charming valley as it highlights the idols of ancient kings perched on top of stone monoliths, the guardian deities looking out from their sanctuaries, the wood carvings in very place – struts, lintels, tympanums, gateways and windows – all seem to form a well orchestrated symphony.

00.00pm: We will continue our tour to Nagarkot for a sunset view from Bhaktapur.

04.10pm: Arrive in Nagarkot.

05.00pm: Get ready for the sunset view. NOTE: You can see the longest Himalayan range of mountains from Nagarkot, including Mt. Everest.

06.30pm: Drive from Nagarkot to Kathmandu. NOTE: We will go directly for a dinner with Nepalese traditional cultural dance performances.

07.15pm: Arrive in Gokarna House Restaurant. You will have your dinner while watching the cultural dance performances.

09.15pm: Check into your hotel. Rest & relax.

Day 2: Kathmandu to Pokhara

06.00am: Breakfast at hotel.

07.00am: Pick up from your hotel. NOTE: You will be dropped at the Kathmandu Domestic Airport. Our staff will drop you at the main entrance gate in Kathmandu Domestic Airport. You will get on a 30-minute flight to Pokhara. During your flight, you will see amazing views of mountains such as Langtang, Ganesh Himal, Manaslu, Lamjung Himal, Annapurna, and Fishtail. Our tour guide will greet you at the Pokhara airport.

09.15am: Arrive in Pokhara Domestic Airport and pick up by our staff.

09.45am: Check into hotel. Welcome drink.

10.00am: We start our tour to:

  • Phewa Lake and ONE (1) hour boating.
  • Barahi Temple – Temple on the lake. NOTE: We will get there via a boat.

11.30am: Return to hotel.

12.00pm: Pick up from hotel. Proceed to Paragliding Tour.

01.00pm: You will begin your 30–45 minutes Paragliding Tour after a short briefing by the pilot. Pokhara in Nepal is the world’s best paragliding spot with amazing views of the Annapurna range of mountains and beautiful landscape around Pokhara valley including the virgin Mt Fishtail (Machhapuchhre), Lamjung Himal, Annapaurna, Himal, Himchuli, Phewa lake, rice field, rivers and settlements.

02.00pm: Return to hotel from Paragliding Tour. Lunch in Thakali Kitchen Restaurant.

03.30pm: Pick up from your hotel. Visit:

  • Davis Fall – A waterfall located at Pokhara in Kaski District. An interesting aspect is the water from the fall flows about 500 feet through the natural tunnel at a depth of 100 feet from ground level.
  • Mahadev Cave – Across the road from Davis Falls, this venerated cave contains a huge stalagmite worshiped as a Shiva’s Lingam.
  • World Peace Pagoda Sunset Tour – Standing on top of the Ananda hill, Shanti Stupa adds more beauty to Pokhara Valley. It is a perfect holiday place providing a clear view of the Himalayan range of mountains, Phewa Lake and Pokhara City. The hilltop provides a splendid view of sunrise and sunset. Tripadvisor has ranked Shanti Stupa as second top attraction in Pokhara.

06.00pm: Return to hotel

06.30 pm: Pick up from hotel for dinner at Black & White Restaurant.

08.00 pm: After dinner, return to hotel. Rest & relax. NOTE: Eyes On Nepal recommends Busy Bee Café for nightlife and drinks. Busy Bee Cafe has the best live music band every night starting from 8pm.

Day 3: Pokhara - Chitwan National Park

Highlights: Sarangkot Sunrise Tour + Begnas Lake + Fishtail Lodge + Rupa Lake

05.15am: Pick up from hotel in Pokhara. We will bring you to Sarangkot sunrise tour. NOTE:Sarangkot (1592m) is the highest view point for the sunrise in Pokhara area. You can reach Sarangkot easily via a 45-minute drive by a car to the top from Pokhara, and then a 45-minute hike up to the main view point.

06.00am: Sunrise at Sarangkot. You will be served tea/coffee during the sunrise tour. Food will be at your own expense.

07.30 am: Return to hotel for breakfast.

08.30am: Check out hotel. Pick up from hotel, visit:

  • Fish Tail Lodge – Located across Phewa Lake, we will visit the lodge by man-pulled boat. The lodge offers magnificent views of snow-peaked mountains, mainly on Fish Tail Peak, where you can have a coffee while enjoying the refreshing views. NOTE: At your own expense.

10.30am: Tour continues, visit the view point of Begnas Lake and Rupa Lake.

  • Begnas Lake – Located southeast of the Pokhara Valley. This lake is the second largest lake after Phewa Lake, among the eight lakes in Pokhara Valley.
  • Rupa Lake – Located southeast of the Pokhara Valley. This lake is the third largest lake after Begnas Lake, among the eight lakes in Pokhara Valley.

NOTES:

  • Both lakes are located side-by-side, offering spectacular views with unique landscapes and snow-peaked mountains as a backdrop on fine days.
  • Lunch en route at your own expenses.

02.00pm: Proceed to Chitwan National Park.

08.00pm: Arrive in Chitwan National Park. Dinner at the hotel. Rest & relax.

Day 4: Chitwan National Park - Kathmandu

Highlights: Elephant Back Safari Tour

05.30am: Wake up call. Breakfast at hotel. Visit Elephant Breeding centre at 6am, and breakfast will be prepared for you in the breakfast box.

06.30am: Elephant Safari. An excellent opportunity to see four different kinds of deer, rhino, wild boar, monkey, leopard, sloth bear, and the Royal Bengal Tiger (if you are lucky). You will also encounter many other smaller mammals that have made Chitwan their home.

08.30pm: After the Elephant Safari, we will proceed to: Canoe ride along the Rapti river. An excellent opportunity for Bird Watching and for seeing the 2 rare species of crocodiles: the Marsh Mugger and the fish eating Gharial. There will be a Jungle walk on the way back where you can enjoy the elephant bathing session.

10.00am: Return to hotel. Rest & relax.

11.00am: Elephant Bathing program.

12.00pm: Return to hotel for lunch. Check out hotel after lunch around 1 – 2pm, then we will depart to Kathmandu.

07.00pm: Arrive at your hotel in Kathmandu. Check in. Rest & relax.

  • Swayambhunath Stupa, the Monkey Temple – one of the oldest Buddhist Stupa in Valley
  • Boudhanath Stupa – The largest stupa in Nepal and the holiest Tibetan Buddhist temple outside Tibet.NOTE: UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE.
  • Pashupatinath Temple– The most sacred temple of Hindu Lord Shiva in the world. NOTE: UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE.

  • Please note that the itineraries are subject to change. The schedule will always depend on the time available and weather conditions. Some of them can be cancelled without prior notice. There will be no refund upon cancellation if the guest does not keep to the agreed upon time, or if there are bad weather conditions.

  2. We will then issue the Confirmation Order and Invoice to you.
  3. Following this, you should make a 50% deposit to us via PayPal or to our bank account.
  4. 50% deposit will be paid by your side via either PayPal or bank in to our Nepal Company account. The remaining amount can be deposited after arriving in Nepal.
  5. We will issue the official payment receipt to you once we receive the payment.
