Bungy Jumping in Nepal is one of the most popular adventure activities. The bungy jumping facility is located at The Last Resort near Kodari border between Nepal and Tibet, about 100 km away- and 4 hrs ride- from Kathmandu.
The bungy jumping is unique in that it has been built over wildest Bhote Koshi River, which is fed by the Himalayas. The Bungy measures 160m in freefall which makes it one of the highest bungy jumping facility in the world.
Bungy is an adventurous and challenging activity requiring both passion and daring attitude on the part of the jumper. So if you have passion, we can make you daring person.
06.00am: Pick up from your hotel in Kathmandu. And drive to the Tibetan border to The Last Resort. You will have your tea breaks en route.
10.00am: Arrive in The Last Resort. When we reach the resort, you can see the bridge 5 minutes before arriving! We’ll introduce you to the bungy staff, give you a safety briefing, weigh you and give you a time slot. Then all you have to do is maintain mental calm until your turn! And don’t forget lunch!12.00am: NOW, JUMP!
01.00pm: Lunch at The Last Resort. Free & easy.
NOTE: You can decide to do another jump or we should bring you back to Kathmandu! You will arrive in Kathmandu at around 5pm to 6pm.
NOTE: You can also stay overnight with lunch, dinner and breakfast for USD30 which is great value and costs about the same as staying a night in Thamel.
NOTE: We film your bungy and show the footage to you at the resort. You can order the DVD of your jump at the resort and pick up your copy in our office in Kathmandu a day later. Bet you just can’t wait to show it to your family and friends!
