Osho Said “Yoga is the source of spirituality and spirituality is the basis of all religions. Yoga is the way of God”.

Yoga is not a religion. Yoga is a universal concept that brings scattered things together. Yoga has been traditionally practiced for thousands of years in the Himalaya regions. Yoga translated to English means‘union, connections or oneness’. The Yoga that we have today has been innovated by Lord Shiva, Lord Budhha, great sage Patanjali and Yogis.

Meditation:

Meditation is the bliss stage of mind. It is both a concentration and constant state of mind where there are no thoughts being processed consciously. Mind waves fixate on the singular ‘point’ and become very minute, to the extent where the mind becomes a vacuum of space. So it is actually the sound stage of mind where the “Sat-chitta -ananda” (truth-conscious-bliss) is achieved. Meditation gives you something that nothing else can – it introduces you to yourself across all levels.

Mediation is a must do activities in our daily life. It gives us calmness, peace of mind and a sense of well-being. It also helps us to have better relationships, better health and better life.
